At The Gates have been confirmed to appear at Bloodstock as yet another exclusive.

The extreme metal legends At The Gates have been added to the bill to appear as their only UK show of 2011.

Drummer Adrian Erlandsson said, "We had such a blast during the 2008 reunion that we decided to do some more shows. We had an amazing gig at Bloodstock in 2008 and are really looking forward to playing there again."

The death metal band from Gothenburg, Sweden disbanded in 1996, before a reunion at festivals across Europe in 2008, where the five piece reminded the metal world why they were so hugely influential. Now, the band return to Bloodstock for an exclusive appearance at Catton Hall.

They join a line-up of exclusives that includes Coroner, Angelwitch, Lawnmower Deth, Therion, Mortal Angel, Immortal, Rhapsody Of Fire and Triptykon, as well Grave Digger, and The Sirens who are all playing over the weekend of Friday 12th until Sunday 14th August 2011 at Catton Hall, Walton-on-Trent, in South Derbyshire.

As well as the international heavy metal bands across three stages, Bloodstock offers a large selection of merchandise stalls, metal karaoke, a campsite and a wide selection of food and bars.

Early bird tickets are on sale until tomorrow, Wednesday, 15th December, priced at £95 for adults, and £10 for a car parking pass. Day tickets, and child tickets are expected to be on sale at a later date.
