The Irish music festival, which celebrates 21 years of the best Irish and International music in Finsbury Park, will also host the newly reformed Irish rock band The Cranberries. The band, who have had worldwide sales of over 40 million records with hits such as 'Linger', 'Zombie' and 'Dreams' have announced that this, like Bob Dylan's appearance, will be their only UK festival performance this year.

Other acts announced today are Clannad, Horslips, Afro Celt Sound System, Shane MacGowan, Sharon Shannon Big Band, and Frankie Gavin & The New De Dannan.

They join the previously announced Bob Dylan, Imelda May, Christy Moore, The Waterboys, The Undertones, The Saw Doctors, Nanci Griffith, and The Fureys, with more acts announced soon. A wide range of artists will perform across three stages in the grounds of Finsbury Park.

Run by Vince Power who was responsible for 14 Fleadh festivals at Finsbury Park which was a staple on the London music calendar from 1990 until 2004, the event continues on from where the Fleadh left off, London Feis steps in with a fresh outlook: Irish in flavour, international in reach.

Festival boss Vince Power said, "Because of the popularity of the first day and the number of bands wanting to play, we have had to extend the festival to a second day. I am delighted to confirm Van Morrison to headline the second night and this is shaping to be a great celebration."

A weekend festival ticket will be priced at £120. Weekend festival tickets and Sunday tickets will be available soon. Saturday or Sunday tickets are priced at £70 for adults, and £35 for carers, children aged under 12 can attend free. To buy tickets, click here.
