The nine times platinum New Zealand band will be bringing their soul train in to the food and music festivals: Harvest At Jimmy's in Suffolk and Alex James Presents Harvest in The Cotswolds both held on Friday 9th to Monday 12 September 2011.

Festival host Alex James said of the news, "We'll throw open the farm gates for Harvest this September. My family are looking forward to a celebration of all our favourite things - music, the farm and food. What more could we ask for!"

The Futureheads have also been recently confirmed and will be appearing at Alex James' event. The family friendly celebration of the best of British food will also include a line-up of chefs, musicians, entertainers and traders.

Communion, founded by Mumford and Sons, the independent platform for young artists on the live circuit will be bringing their focus to both festivals on their second music stages.

These new additions will be joining a joint line-up that includes KT Tunstall, Jo Whiley, Gilles Peterson (Oxford), Eliza Doolittle, Huw Stevens (Suffolk) and newcomer Benjamin Francis Leftwich (both) and big names from the food world such as Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall (Oxford), James Martin (Suffolk), Richard Corrigan, Yotam Ottolenghi and Nuno Mendes (both).

Harvest annually offers bands, DJs, culinary master classes and hands on workshops. Plus a Farmers Market, pop up restaurants, the Mark Hix Champagne and Seafood Bar, as well as entertainment for the whole family with Charlie and Lola, The Gruffalo and Opera Holland Park's magical interpretation of 'Fantastic Mr. Fox'.

The Harvest Hotel will be helping festival goers see the summer out in style and comfort with luxury Yurts, Teepees and Bell Tents with a sprinkling of extras such as breakfast in bed and butler service.
