The Coral top the latest acts added to line-up for the tenth anniversary of The Wickerman Festival.

Festival veterans The Coral are joined on the Summerisle Stage Saturday night bill by Glasgow rock band Gun. Whilst the new additions for the Scooter tent line-up are are Cornish Punk outfit Crowns, and Johnny Cash tribute Jericho Hill.

A regular within Bass Camp, Funkademia, return to take control of the new outdoor stage 'The Landlords Daughter'. Part bar and part daytime entertainment venue it is themed on the Green Man Inn from 'The Wicker Man' film.

This year for the first time Funkademia are bringing along some guests, including Graeme Hawley better known as Coronation Street's John Stape, and radio DJ David Dunne, alongside residents Good For The Soul, and Kid Blast.

EventScotland has once more shown its commitment to supporting Wickerman by awarding a substantial grant under the International Events Programme. The grant will be used to promote the festival in the North of England and Northern Ireland.

Tickets are priced at £90 including camping and car parking. Concessions (13-15 years old) will be priced £45 for a limited time and will only be available online. Children under 13 go free.Caravan/campervan tickets are an additional £30 with a further £50 to this ticket price for an electrical hook up.

Everyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and bring proof of age - anyone without proof of ID will be liable to pay the full adult ticket price at the gate. We also recommend anyone who looks under 21 to bring ID with them. The ages shown on the tickets refer to the age of the child/concession on the day of the festival (not the age at time of purchase).
