Feeder, Amadou & Mariam, and Alex Metric, lead the latest acts announced for this year's Jersey Live Festival.
Also, on Saturday, Benjamin Francis Leftwich will be the first UK act to perform on the Main Stage, following local Battle of the Bands winners The Little Big Band. Meanwhile on the SoBe Stage, Sunday's line-up gets its first confirmed acts in the shape of The Lovely Eggs, and Dry The River.
Jersey Live co-organiser Warren Le Sueur, said, "(I'm) Extremely pleased to have booked Feeder for this year's festival - they have a huge back catalogue and so many huge singalong anthems that they're just the perfect festival band. It shows how far we've come as an event that we're bringing massive acts like this over to the island, and looking at the whole line up so far, it's as strong as ever. I can't wait for September to come."
Jersey Live co-organiser Warren Holt added, "As has been the festival's strength in recent years, there's a real diversity to what's on offer this year. Amadou and Mariam are very different to anything we've had before and I defy anyone to see their live set and not feel uplifted. They're just an amazing act, not to mention amazing individuals. The festival's now at the stage where people can literally find something they like at any point of the weekend on one of our six stages, whether it's techno, rock or African folk music, and it's shaping up to be a really fantastic Jersey Live this year!"
These latest acts join a line-up that includes headliners Madness, Plan B, Zane Lowe, and Mr Oizo, are joined by The Ting Tings, Sasha, Annie Mac, The Streets, The Rapture, Nero, The Beat, Wretch 32, Danny Byrd & Dynamite MC, Toddla T & MC Serocee, Katy B, Ed Sheeran, Jamie Woon, Pony Pony Run Run, Maverick Sabre, King Charles, Craig Charles, and Breakage. With many more still to be announced. For the line-up details as available please click here.
