early bird tickets to the 10th Download 2012 on sale today

Early bird tickets go on sale at 5pm today for the 10th anniversary of Download which happens at Donington Park over the weekend of Friday 8th to Sunday 10th June 2012.

Download has no confirmed acts yet for 2012 although festival organiser Andy Copping has revealed that all three headliners are already booked.

A limited amount of Early Bird tickets will be going on sale from 5pm today. Weekend arena tickets with 3 nights camping will be priced at £170, a five nights camping weekend ticket will be priced at £180 and offers access to the Download camp site from midday Wednesday June 6th 2012, and a weekend only ticket without camping is priced at £145. Day tickets are priced at £75 per day. Lockers, car parking, campervan supplements, and VIP packages are also available.

NB: Under 5's will not be admitted on site.

Kids aged 5-12 will be eligible for concession rate tickets for Download 2012. These can be purchased on the day from the on-site Box Office and availability of these will be unlimited.
