tickets on sale today for Coldplay's stadium shows

Coldplay have announced five Summer stadium shows for next year at Coventry's Ricoh Stadium, two dates at London's Emirates Stadium, Sunderland's Stadium of Light, and Manchester's Etihad Stadium.

The band, who headlined Glastonbury, and T in the Park this summer, have announced a run of UK stadium dates in May and June 2012. The band have already sold out their Dec 2011 tour and added the following dates.

Friday 1st June London Emirates Stadium
Saturday 2nd June London Emirates Stadium
Thursday 7th June Sunderland Stadium of Light
Saturday 9th June Manchester Etihad Stadium

No support acts have been announced yet for these stadium shows.
