First off, let us tell you about those yellow posters ... every single one you've seen is a FAKE. They're all fakes. They're always fakes, unless perhaps on announcement morning (and so they'll now be a rash of new fake posters on that day...;-). Any news outlet that's written a story from one of the many fakes floating around has been mighty foolish.

Next off, THIS IS NOT CONFIRMED BY THE FESTIVAL ORGANISERS. IT IS NOT 'OFFICIAL' INFORMATION.

So anyway, on to what you're here for....

Yes, we know that you know some of this, you'll have known for ages if you keep an eye on our Reading line-ups & rumours page or our Leeds line-ups & rumours page.

Back again to headline, and sure to bring the house down like they always do are those ever-green favourites Foo Fighters.

And headlining for the first time are Leicester's 2nd finest (1st goes to Showaddywaddy :P) Kasabian.

But the one you've all been wanting to know is who is the third headliner? There's been lots of names thrown around as possible, and Florence + the Machine it isn't (tho you'll get Flo as well).

The one you've all been waiting for, one of Britain's finest over many decades, with a string of hits as long as your arm including "A Forest", "Let's Go to Bed" (check out the Milk Mix :D), "The Lovecats", "In Between Days", "Close to Me", "Boys Don't Cry", "Friday I'm in Love" and many many more...

... stand up The Cure.

As we always say with these things, this is not confirmed info and we could be wrong. But we don't believe that we are, and we have a very good record with this sort of thing.

The official announcement is due on Monday 12th March at 7.15pm, with tickets going on sale at the same time.
