Standon Calling adds !!! (Chk Chk Chk)

!!!, Crazy P, and Willy Mason lead the latest acts confirmed for Standon Calling.

Joining headliners Fat Freddy's Drop, Death in Vegas and Beardyman at this year's festival will also be Trojan Sound System, The Nextmen feat MC Wrec, and Greg Wilson will close the festival on Sunday.

Also confirmed are experimental DJ and producer Colleen Cosmo Murphy, Turbowolf, The Skints, BIGKids, Revere, Beans on Toast, Belakiss, Golden Fable, The Fabulous Penetrators.

Acts previously announced also include Casiokids, Field Music, Gabby Young and Other Animals, King Charles, Stealing Sheep, The Yearners, Dub Pistols, Vadoinmessico, Jenny O Time and Space Machine Richard Norris's latest exploration of the psychedelic side of music will be very special guests in The Cowshed, with many more acts still to be revealed.

Standon Calling returns this summer to the grounds of a 16th Century Hertfordshire manor house from Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th August 2012 and are taking it back to the old school by opening on Friday night with a rave!

Standon Calling's theme is conveyed through the music, theatre, arts and fancy dress. And every year the costumes get more ornate. This year the theme is about adventure and the spirit of discovery: Journey to the Ends of the Earth.

There are numerous stages and the odd unexpected stage appearing from nowhere. The festival boasts a number of bars, one of which is hewn out of an enormous oak tree, secret areas, interactive theatre, swimming pool (with underwater dance area), boutique camping (beach huts, yurts and tipis), kids area, and festival food.
