Toots & the Maytals, Katzenjammer, & more for Beautfiul Days

More acts have been announced for the Beautiful Days festival in Devon, which takes place from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th August 2012 and is headlined this year by Public Image Ltd, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, and of course The Levellers.

Joining the line-up are Toots and the Maytals, Katzenjammer, The Black Seeds, Juan Zelada, Dub Pistols, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, and Fay Hield & The Hurricane Party.Br />
Also newly added, and confirmed for The Little Big Top are Shy FX, Zinc, Eat Static, and Mampi Swift. Plus there's the return of The Silent Disco, back by popular demand for 3 nights this year.

Beautiful Days, which place at Escot Park, near Fairmile, Devon from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th August 2012 with gates opening on the Thursday afternoon.

Public Image Limited will headline on Saturday, Frank Turner and his support band The Sleeping Souls will headline the main stage on Friday night, with festival founders Levellers who release the first track from new studio album 'Static On The Airwaves' next month will close the celebrations on the Sunday night, as is traditional followed by a firework spectacular.


No acts have been announced yet for the Bimble Inn, The Band Stand or the brand new Theatre Tent which will be hosting theatre, puppet and musical performances throughout the day and then stand-up comedy in the early evening. The festival's Sunday Theme is also still to be announced.

The tickets sell out to this popular festival, so don't hang about! Organisers are letting people know now that 2012 is the fastest selling year to date for Beautiful Days with over 75% of the tickets already sold by the end of March.

An adult weekend camping ticket is priced £120, child (10 to under 16 years of age) weekend camping tickets are £60, children aged 5 to under 10's weekend camping tickets are £30 and under 5's weekend camping tickets are £5. Campervan passes are £40 and car routing/parking passes are £15. On the Fiddle Members will be entitled to a £10 discount on adult weekend tickets (2 per member) from Monday 3rd October up until 31 December. There will be no day tickets available.

Tickets entitle the holder to camp on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. The festival will once again be offering free tickets for carers, disabled/flat camping and parking - all of which must be booked in advance.
