NMA, Jello Biafra, Anthrax, Ruts DC for Blackpool's Rebellion

New Model Army, and ex-Dead Kennedys' Jello Biafra And The Quantanamo School of Medicinelead the latest wave of additions to the line-up for this summer's Rebellion punk festival which returns to Blackpool Winter Gardens from Thursday 8th to Sunday 11th August 2013.
