John Newman, Simian Mobile Disco, Pretty Lights, Dub Pistols, Ella Eyre, Skinny Lister,  Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer, Kate Boy, Dream Koala, Polio, Zhala, Story Books, and Will Joseph Cook, and DJs Pete Tong, Daniel Avery,Mumdance, Lovesick, Comfyporn DJs, Dan Hayes (Subgiant), Propaganda DJs, and Across The Tracks have been announced for the nautical themed Bestival happening on the Isle of Wight.

The festival which will be holding its 10th Birthday celebrations from Thursday 5th until Sunday 8th September 2013 at Robin Hill Country Park, has also revealed the acts entertaining early arrivals on the Thursday. The line-up in the Big Top includes new additions Mark Jones, and Kitty Daisy & Lewis, plus M.I.A., Justin Robertson, The Correspondents, Sunday Best Forum Allstars, Courtney Pine, Bike To Bestival, and the Druids Opening Ceremony hosted by Peter Tautz The Right Toastmaster.

Also open on Thursday night is The Replay with Rob da Bank stage with new addition  Mixhell joining Tythe, Man Without Country, East India Youth, Dog Is Dead and Feeling Gloomy. Thursday arrivals can also enjoy entertainment in The Knees-Up Tent, Grand Palace Of Entertainment, Tomorrow's World, The Bandstand, Temple Island, Club Dada and the Polka Tent.

Bestival captain Rob Da Bank said, "The sun is out, the sky is blue and we've got a load more acts for you! Bestival never stops booking live bands and DJs for your pleasure and this years no different - from John Newman's soul swing to Simian Mobile Disco's intelligent rave and, if you haven’t seen Pretty Lights electronic workout prepare to be blown away. Besti regulars Kitty, Daisy and Lewis, Dub Pistols and Mr Pete Tong plus a load of first timers are all queuing up to pop their Bestival cherry. Not long now people!"

Tickets for Bestival including entry from Thursday 4th September are priced at £190 for Adult Tickets and £127 for Teen (age 13-17) Tickets. For those arriving on or after Friday 5th September adult tickets are priced at £180. Tickets for children (age 12 & under) are free (but must have a ticket). A campervan ticket is priced at £90 (per vehicle), and car parking is priced at £11 advance (or £15 cash on arrival).

Up until this Friday, 26th July, there's a 5 week payment plan which means that an adult ticket can now be bought at a payment of £38 per week (Thursday entry) or £36 per week (Friday entry) over 5 weekly payments. Pay the first installment now (plus booking fee) and the remaining payments over the next 4 weeks.

Bestival is headlined by Fatboy Slim, Elton John and Snoop Dogg, plus MIA, Franz Ferdinand, Flaming Lips, The Knife, Wu-Tang Clan, Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, Annie Mac Presents, and so many more. The festival also features a new arena The Port, Films in the Forest, World Music Day on the Bandstand, The Wishing Tree, Swamp Shack, The Grand Palace of Entertainment, and much more.

As well as the music, Bestival has the world's biggest fancy dress party for 50,000 festival goers. The festival also offers a vibrant mix of cocktail bars, laughter clubs, a farmers market, kids area, dancing, magical moments and more, as one of the most colourful events on the festival calendar.
