The Sophie Lancaster stage at Bloodstock Open Air on Saturday night will host big metal fan and stand-up comic Andrew O'Neill who will be closing out the night after the headliners at the metal festival taking place from Thursday 8th until Sunday 11th August at Catton Hall, Walton-on-Trent, in South Derbyshire. 

Also confirmed are the final wave of Metal 2 The Masses bands added to the bill who are Craniation, Ten Cent Toy, In The Hills, and Elithia. Completing the latest additions to the line-up are Resin who will open the Jagermeister Stage on Friday.

Bloodstock is headlined by King Diamond, Lamb Of God (UK exclusive), and Slayer, as well as Anthrax, Accept, Avantasia, Belphegor, DevilDriver, Dark Funeral, Ex Deo, Hell, Kataklysm, Municipal Waste, Whitechapel, Amorphis, Fozzy, Firewind, Death Angel, 3 Inches of Blood, Dying Fetus, and many more.

As well as the international heavy metal bands across three stages, Bloodstock offers a large selection of merchandise stalls, metal karaoke, a campsite and a wide selection of food and bars.

Tickets are priced at £125 for adults with camping, and car parking is priced at £15, child (aged 4 - 11 years) tickets are priced at £25, and campervan passes have sold out. Day tickets are priced at £60.
