Pearl Festival is cancelled

Pearl Festival, a new 3 day psychedelic music event set to take place over three days on the bank holiday weekend from Saturday 24th until 6pm Monday 26th August 2013 will happen at a new location Houghton Hall in Norfolk (having moved away from Heane Wood, Shepway, in Kent) has now been cancelled.

A statement from organisers says,

"It is with great regret that we have had to cancel this years event. We are currently making official email announcements to all of our ticket holders and will be releasing more detailed information over the course of the next two days. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and we thank you for all of your support. We will be making extreme effort to be in touch with each and every ticket holder as soon as possible.
Please feel free to email us on info@pearlfestival.com. As we are sure you will understand, we will have a huge volume of emails to deal with but will make every effort to reply as soon as we can.

The festival was set to feature Hedflux, Atomic Drop, Ans, Ben Coda, Simon Baring, Ed Real, Tongue & Groove, IPcress, Geo, Lurk, Tom Real, Ajja, Altruism, Ambidextrous, AMD, Aphid Moon, Asimilon, Avalon, Bombax, Burn in Noise, Chromatone, Dala, Dick Trevor, Digital Talk, Dirty Saffi, Earthling, Electric Universe, Everblast, Flooting Grooves, Full Face, Gaspard, G'noo, Headroom, Ital, Justin Chaos, Killerwatts, Laughing Buddha, Lost and Found, Master Blasters, Menog, Nuky, Pogo, Psymmetrix, Rinkadink, Satchel, Shotu, Stretch, Thatha, Tristan, Tron, Yab Yum, and more.

Tickets were priced at £80 including camping.
