The Urban Voodoo Machine will headline The Wunderbar Tent on the first day of Stockton Weekender which will take place over two days this year on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th July 2014 at Stockton Riverside Park.
Also confirmed are comedy improve troupeThe Suggestibles lead the latest acts confirmed for this summer' Dinnernanny, Little Mirrors, and Joe Solo.
On Sunday headliner Lee Nelson is joined by The Gimme Gimmicks, former The Christians and Yachts singer-songwriter Henry Priestman, and Paul Liddell.
As in previous years there will also be some free entertainment, taking place at The Georgian Theatre on the Sonic Union Stage which will be headlined by The Dead Indians, with Cellar Door, High Tide 15:47, Kobadelta, Fleckt Pets, and The Gares also confirmed.
These names add to a line-up that features Happy Mondays, Shed Seven, Martha Reeves & The Vandellas, Hyde & Beast, Laurel, New Electric Ride, Lilliput, Weird Shapes, The Purnells, Goy Boy McIlroy and Silver Trees on Saturday, and Public Enemy, Reverend & The Makers, Peter Hook & The Light, Smoove & Turrell, The Amazing Snakeheads, Red Kite, Dark Bells, Gallery Circus, Palace, The Sons of Bido Lito, By Toutatis, The Panoramic and Serinette on Sunday.
Tickets are priced at £45 for a weekend adult ticket and £75 with camping. Day tickets are priced at £32.50. A valid ticket is required for anyone aged 14 years or older; children under this age will be admitted free (up to 2 children per adult ticket holder) but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
