line-up announced for Hard Rock Rising Stage at Isle of Wight Festival

Isle of Wight Festival have revealed the full line-up of new artists and undiscovered talent appearing on the new Hard Rock Rising Stage at the festival happening from Thursday 12th until Sunday 15th June 2014.

Last month is was revealed that Hard Rock Cafe will partner with the festival for the first time and present over 30 new bands. Festivalgoers who visit the Stage over the course of the Festival will have the opportunity to enter a competition to win a trip for two to the newly opened Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza.

Isle of Wight Festival organiser John Giddings said at the time, "It’s an honour to be in partnership with Hard Rock, together we hope to find the headliners of the future. We have so many world class acts performing, this is a great opportunity for new and undiscovered artists to perform at this year's Festival."

On Thursday the stage will host Duveaux, Fjokra, The Bear Social, and Molly McQueen.

Friday's line-up is Swiss Lips, Strangers, Kari, Hero Fisher, Molly Beanland, The Bear Social, and Billy Lockett.

On Saturday Bleech top the bill with support from Beasts, Crystal Seagulls, Francobollo, Polterghost, The Sundowners, Mothership, Ohboy!, The Carnabys, Laura Jeanne, and Millie Davis.

On the final night The Soho Hobo tops a bill featuring The River 68's, Fear The Fallen, Wildflowers, Jo Harman, Amy Studt, Robbie Boyd, Olivia Sebastianelli, Marie Naffah, The Honey Ants, and Leslie Mendelson.

Biffy Clyro will headline the Friday night, the Red Hot Chili Peppers who headline Saturday, and Kings Of Leon who headline Sunday.

Also confirmed are Travis, Clean Bandit, The Specials, John Newman, Deap Vally, Nina Nesbitt, The Horrors, Gorgon City, The Strypes, The Polyphonic Spree, From The Jam, Neon Jungle, Swim Deep, Chloe Howl, The Selecter, Duke Dumont, Peace, July Talk, The Move, Dappy, Lawson, The Vamps, Calvin Harris, Rudimental, Passenger, The 1975, and The Waterboys.
