Organisers of Long Division Festival which returns for a fourth year, and takes place at multiple venues across the city of Wakefield, West Yorkshire have announced a second The Cribs show just for under 18s..
The U18 Matinee Show will take place at Unity Works ahead of their headlining gig at Unity Hall on the opening Friday night of the festival kicking off a full weekend of music, art and comedy across Wakefield city centre.
The event will be for U18s. Over 18s only allowed entry in the company of an U18 and will require their own matinee ticket. U14s must be accompanied by an adult. Stage times are: 16:00 - Doors. 16:15-16:45 - The Spills. 17:00-18:30 - The Cribs. No alcohol will be served during this performance.
The Wedding Present will play on Saturday night at the festival and will be joined by Gruff Rhys, Toy, Summer Camp, Roddy Woomble, iLiKETRAiNS, Frankie And The Heartstrings, The Membranes, Beans on Toast, Candy Says, Post War Glamour Girls, Bleech, Brawlers, Islet, Joel RL Phelps, Randolphs Leap, Witch Hunt, Katriona Gilmore & Jamie Roberts, Milloy, The Ainsley Band, VerseChorusVerse, Nadine Carina, Treason Kings, The Sunbeams, Ruby Macintosh, The Reacharounds, The Grand, Protectors, Mi Mye, Knuckle, Gunnarson, Forever Cult, Clandestines, Aztec Doll, Jamiesaysmile, and many more to be announced.
Dean Freeman, organiser of Long Division Festival, said, "As a festival we're committed to help the Wakefield bands of the future reach their potential so this year we want to make sure as much of the festival as possible is open to everyone. Teenage music fans can go to a gig in their town and then enjoy an exclusive Cribs gig with their friends."

This year the festival moves from one end of the summer to the other. Instead of it's June slot and because, in September 2014, Unity Hall opens the festival will be taking place from Friday 12th until Sunday 14th September 2014 with more venues, more bands and a lot of surprises up its sleeve.
The venues so far include Unity Hall (two stages), Warehouse 23, The Orangery, Henry Boons, Westgate Chapel and Players.
Tickets for The Cribs are priced at £30 with tickets for Saturday priced at £22.50. This year a limited number of VIP tickets will be available for £50. This gives access to all the Saturday events as well as The Cribs Friday gig.
