Welsh traditional musicians Calan, Sam Green & The Midnight Heist, The Spooky Men's Chorale, The Roving Crows, Martin Carthy & Dave Swarbrick, Barbara Dickson & Rab Noakes, and The Broonzies are the first seven acts to be confirmed for the Village Pump Folk Festival taking place from Friday 24th until Sunday 26th July 2015, at the White Horse Country Park, in Wiltshire.

Festival goers can also expect loads of workshops and The Village Pump Folk Quiz. The headline acts and more of the line-up will be announced here on Tuesday 20th January.

Ticxkets are being sold on a tier system. Tier 2 tickets are priced at £109. Tickets for 11-17 years olds are half price, child (aged 5-10 years) ticket is priced at £10, under 4s free of charge. This includes free camping.

Attendees can expect music over two main stages, plus smaller sessions, children's entertainment, comedy, workshops, beer, and trade stalls selling food.
