Breabach, The Gerry Colvin Band, John Doyle, New Rope String Band, and The Young'Uns lead the first acts for Bromyard Folk Festival held from Friday 11th until Sunday 13th September 2015 at various venues in the town of Bromyard, Herefordshire, in the Welsh Border area.
Also confirmed are Emma Sweeney, Allan Yn Y Fan, The Hut People, Speldosa, Granny's Attic, Alex Cumming and Nicola Beazley, Mick Ryan & Paul Downes, Dave Webber & Anni Fentiman, Keith Donnelly, Niamh Boadle, Vera Van Heeringen, Flossie Malavialle, Ursula Holden Gill, Pete & Barbara Snape, Bordewey Young, Roisin Ban, Dr Sunshine, Flos & Friends, David Swann, Hand to Mouth Theatre, The Bounty Hounds, Tunewrights, Gareth Lee and Annie Baylis, Flood Street, Evolution, Pete Rhys, 4 Square, Barry Goodman, Graeme Knights, Kristy Gallacher, Jim Mageean, The Baker's Dozen, Pete Grassby, Tuneworks, Soft Option, Speake and Lowe, Bendigo Davies, Cate Bannister, Colin Hulme, Dave James, Ivan Aitken, Ken Johnson, Kiss The Mistress, Ted Webb, and The Falconers.
The festival will also play host to morris sides, workshops, dance displays, children's entertainment including Jan's Van, craft fair, dance instructionals, real ale bars, food, pub sessions etc.
Tickets will be available from Tuesday 3rd February 2015. An early bird adult weekend ticket is priced at £79 (£97 with 4 nights camping), a young adult (aged 18-21) weekend ticket is priced at £46, a junior (aged 12-17 - in school) weekend ticket is priced at £38, children aged under 10 can attend for free, and day tickets are also available.
