Grace Jones, and Belle & Sebastian will headline Festival No. 6 taking place in Portmeirion, Wales which will be returning for a fourth year in 2015 from Thursday 3rd until Sunday 6th September.
Also confirmed are Young Fathers, Kate Tempest, Rae Morris, Shura, Stornoway, The Bohicas, and FrYars.
The first DJ line-up includes headliners DJ Harvey, and a UK festival exclusive from The 2 Bears with a live set. A third headline DJ will be announced in the next wave. Other confirmed DJs include Bicep, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Gerd Jansen, Andrew Weatherall, Optimo, Ralph Lawson, Justin Robertson, Maurice Fulton, and Mark E.
Festival director Luke Huxham said, "We’re tremendously excited about this year’s festival. Our first wave of artists and DJ’s is stronger than ever and there’s a lot more to come including our third main stage headline act, another headline DJ and a big second wave of live acts.
"We have a huge amount to announce on the culture, arts and food side of the festival which is an increasingly important part of the No.6 experience. There are also a few surprises up our sleeves - I think it’s safe to say it’s going to be our best festival yet."
The festival will be announcing a second wave of artists including the final headliner in the coming months.
Bands, DJs, musicians and string ensembles will be performing across the entire site, from the historic town hall to the Colonnade gardens to the picturesque Bay Stage and the promenade along the sandy beached estuary of the River Dwyryd.
Festival goers can also expect pop up-theatre, intimate readings, film screenings, woodland trails, art installations, comedy performances, pop up woodland raves, The Prisoner reconstructions, and more.
Early bird tickets priced at £170 (for Friday arrival) and £185 for Thursday arrival. A young person (aged 11-15 years) is priced at £80 for Friday arrival, and £90 for Thursday arrival. Children aged 10 years and under can attend for free.
