Kasabian, and Placebo lead the latest acts announced for Posivitus Festival which takes place in Salacgriva, Northern Latvia from Friday 17th until Sunday 19th July 2015.

The acts appearing in the woodland surroundings of the main festival stages are Everything Everything, Lamb, and Charli XCX, plus two local acts The Sound Poets, and Triana Park.

The first acts announced were Sensational Space Shifters ft Robert Plant, Basement Jaxx, Jungle, St Vincent, Tom Odell, Fenech-Soler, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Jack Garratt, Kate Boy, Max Jury, and Soak.

The 40,000 capacity Posivitus is the largest music festival in Baltics and the three day festival offers festival goers a varied programme of international bands, and up coming European acts. The festival also offers other activities besides the main stages - theatre, cinema, plenty of food and drink vendors, and circus.

Tickets are priced at 66 euro (approx £55)  for a 3 day ticket with camping or 60 euro without camping.

The festival aims to appeal to all European festival goers and offers camping and is only 100 km from Riga by via the Baltica highway E67 and approximately 15km from Estonian border, and 70km from Estonia's liveliest summer resort town Parnu. Riga is also the nearest airport.
