Kendal Calling 2015
Thursday 30th July to Sunday 2nd August 2015Lowther Deer Park, Hackthorpe, Cumbria, CA10 2HN, England MAP
£135 for weekend - SOLD OUT
Kendal Calling's 10th anniversary celebration is the inspiration for this year's theme 'Kendal Calling Goes Through The Decades'. This will influence the décor plus the performance art with the whole site in-keeping with the theme.
Festival goers are asked to dress up as a character from their favourite decade. As the festival suggests Kendal Callers to have a blast from the past as a 1920's flapper, 60s hippy, 70s dancing queen, 80s metal-head, or a 90's popster?
This year Kendal Calling are also looking for creative souls with bold ideas to become part of the rich tapestry of entertainment at the festival. The festival is inviting independent artists, walkabout performers, comedians, book authors, film makers, venue decor, workshops, dance classes, games, crafts, poets, kids activities & eccentrics to come and get involved at the tenth birthday spectacular!

Ben Robinson, Director said, "As we turn 10 we're opening the gates to a new wave of party starters and we are looking for fresh, fun, bright and bold ideas!
Are you the life and soul of your scene? Have you been cooking up some crazy capers that could live in the fields? What amazing feat of your imagination could you build this summer? Got some tricks up your sleeve that the Kendal Callers would love?
Let us know and we could see you in the fields!"
