£130 adult weekend with camping
One Love the UK's only annual reggae camping festival, celevreates celebrates women in reggae with a special all female announcement of acts appearing over the wekend of Friday 4th until Sunday 6th September 2015 at Popham Airport near Winchester, in Hampshire.
Organisers said, "Being arguably a male-dominated genre, sometimes limited attention can be paid to the role of women and their huge contribution to Reggae and its worldwide development.
"What is also often overlooked when talking about the genre, or when promotors are booking acts, is that an integral contribution to the sound of the music can be attributed to the female voice. Here today One Love Festival celebrates Women in Reggae by making this all star women of Reggae announcement dedicated to our Sisters in honour of One Love Festival Co-Founder Victoria Wiltshire who sadly lost her fight with Cancer in October last year…."
