Levellers to headline Jersey Folklore festival

with The Charlatans, Dubioza Kolektiv, Slamboree, Showhawk Duo, Prince Fatty, & more

Levellers will headline Folklore from the team behind Jersey Live returns once again on Sunday 12th June 2016 to a new home the natural amphitheatre of Val De La Mare against the backdrop of the idyllic St Ouen’s Bay. Subject to the organisers gaining the Bailiffs permission.

Also confirmed are The Charlatans, Dubioza Kolektiv, Slamboree, The Showhawk Duo, Prince Fatty Soundsystem, Molotov Jukebox, and Buffalo Huddlestone.

Co-organiser Warren Le Sueur said, "We’re delighted not only to have the Folklore Main Stage line up finalized so early, but to be able to announce such a fantastic line up of artists. With Levellers and The Charlatans, we have not one but two legends of British rock music, and across the board there are just some incredibly unique, wild, fun and extremely talented artists that will be taking to the stage. I guarantee nothing like Slamboree has ever been seen on stage here in Jersey, and you could say the same for the likes of Dubioza Kolektiv, who are just so brilliant live. It’s going to be an amazing day out and we can’t wait to see everyone there! Folklore really is the most curious event that Jersey has to offer."

In addition to the Main Stage, Islands Stage, Hospitality Stage and the brand new Village Disco Stage, will offer an array of comedians, musicians and spoken word acts including those from Jersey and its neighbouring islands.
