Ocean Colour Scene, and Dizzee Rascal will headline the sixth annual Penn Festival taking place from Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd July 2016, at The Big Park, High Wycombe, in Buckinghamshire.

Friday headliners Ocean Colour Scene, will see support from De La Soul, Fun Lovin' Criminals, Ms Dynamite, Noasis, with Shed Seven, and Reef both performing.

Dizzee Rascal, will headline Saturday topping a bill featuring Rizzle Kicks, Lightning Seeds, Ash, Soul II Soul, Black Grape, Toploader, and Chas & Dave.

The Old Skool Warehouse will host Artful Dodger, DJ Luck & MC Neat, Fabio & Grooverider, DJ Pressure, Jon Paul, Runninz & Yakka, OBI, Konspiracy, Journey, JC, Two Of Us, Kryptonite, Major Kaos, Neil G, Spangley Llama, J Info, Needle Beard, Neil Mac, Dooza, Martin Poison, and Woodle, plus MCs Tella, Taz, Hyper, J Dogg, and Danny MRT.

The early bird offer has ended. Adult tickets is priced at £85 weekend + £25 for camping, child (aged 3-12 years) weekend tickets are priced at £40 + £10 camping, a teen (aged 13-16 years) is priced at £60 + £15 camping. Day tickets are priced at £45 for adults, a teen is priced at £35, and a child is priced at £25. A campervan pass is £75.
