Aiming to continue its position as an ‘intellectual agitator for environmental innovation,’ the festival also opens two calls for project submissions: one to design recycled and recyclable stage designs and installations, and one for organic, local, eco-friendly catering.

A 2 day ticket is priced at 77 euros.

At the heart of the festival lies a concern for the overall impact of the event on the outside world, making every aspect of the event as eco-friendly as possible.

We Love Green is generated on its own renewable energy, fuelled by solar and wind power. A rigorous production is committed to “zero impact” – by selecting local service providers, saving water and energy, recycling, managing waste, carpool, deposit system for glasses, providing free drinkable water fountains, and setting electric shuttles, including locker room for bikes.

We Love Green is completely ‘disposable’ - furniture and signage is made out of reclaimed material contributed by volunteers, art students, and young designers that is later donated to various art institutions.

All waste generated on site is sorted. From plates to cutlery, 100% of food waste and catering are sorted and composted and distributed on neighbouring farm.
