The full bill has been announced for Scotland's 9th Southern Fried Festival - Perth's Annual Festival of American Roots Music, held from Friday 29th to Sunday 2nd July 2016.
Completing the line-up are Blue Rose Code, Yola Carter, Daniel Meade & The Flying Mules, The New Madrids, Dean Owens, Findlay Napier, Jo Harman, Peter Bruntnell, Amythyst Kiah, Joe Nisbet Jr., Texas Martha and the House of Twang, Chuck Hawthorne, Brennen Leigh, Noel McKay, Jess and The Bandits, Dreaming Spires, Robert Vincent, Skip Gorman, Southern Fried Voices, The Bevvy Sisters, The Strange Blue Dreams, The Black Diamond Express, Andy Gunn Band, Norrie McCulloch , Veloninos, Mairi Orr, Tenement & Temple, The Peas, The Buick 55's, Doghouse Roses, Colin Clyne, Reece Hillis, MIR, Shady Pete & The Blues Concessions, Trees Don't Travel, Honest Sam & The Dealers, Longstay, and Southern Fried Rock Shop.
The festival will feature a line-up of Americana from home and abroad including the previously announced Nick Lowe, Paul Carrack & Andy Fairweather Low, Imelda May, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Gretchen Peters, Fred Wesley & The New JB's, Red Pine Timber Co., Jeb Loy Nichols, Bruce Robison & Kelly Willis, and Anna & Elizabeth.
Ticket prices vary depending upon event, and a weekend pass is priced at £80 - concession £70 (+£1.50 booking fee).
Expect also workshops, late night clubs on Friday and Saturday, free outdoor stage, new daytime acoustic stage, workshops, open mic, kids events, BBQ and finger lickin' food for this super-sized slice of Americana with a warm Scottish flavour.
