More acts have been announced for the family-friendly Wychwood Festival  which returns for its' 13th event to Cheltenham Racecourse, in Gloucestershire from Friday 2nd until Sunday 4th June 2017, during the summer half term holiday.

New for the mainstage on the Friday are Inheaven, and The Rajasthan Heritage Brass Band, while The Strypes join Sunday's line-up.

Added to the Big Top on Friday are Yonaka, and The Shimmer Band, while Cabbage will be Sunday's headliner, and are joined by Bunny, and Stevie Parker.

For the Hobgoblin Stage on the Friday are  The Prohibition Smokers Club, The Black Feathers, Black Hats, and Deadbeat Apostles, new for Saturday are Aaron KeylockSandtimer, Paul McClure and The Local Heroes, George Montague, Newton Country, and Society, while Sunday has Lucas & King, The Brickwork Lizards, Wes Finch, Peerless Pirates, The Epstein, and Holly Redford-Jones

And finally, BBC 6music's 'poet in residence' Murray Lachlan Young will be joining Sunday's workshops.

These join the previolusly confirmed acts which include headliners Buzzcocks, Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark, and Levellers, and other acts including Billy Bragg, C.C. Smugglers, Kanda Bongo Man, Jesus Jones, Electric Swing Circus, Let's Eat Grandma, Flamingods, Thrill Collins, and many more. 

The Wychwood Music Festival has music plus comedy, 100 workshops and events for all ages, kids literature festival, healing and sculpture gardens, The Headphone Disco until the wee hours, great food and real ales, and much more.

Wychwood offers fantastic fun for kids, and hosts a literary festival with authors and illustrators, kids' favourite characters, a multitude of making things, playing with stuff, learning, education, workshops, dance, and much more, and all free with no need to sign up, just drop in and join in the fun.

A full adult weekend ticket is priced at £140, a disabled (2 for 1 with carer) ticket is priced at £140, Youth/Concessions weekend tickets are priced at £115, a teen (aged 10-15 yr) full weekend ticket is priced at £70, children aged 5-9 years weekend tickets are priced at £27.50 and under 5 year olds go free with an adult. An adult camping ticket is an additional £25, concession camping tickets are priced at £14, camping for children is free, and a campervan ticket is priced at £65.
