The Sunday headliner plus acts over the weekend have been revealed for the 17th edition of Cornbury Festival, which takes place at The Great Tew Estate, Chipping Norton, in Oxfordshire from Friday 10th until Sunday 12th July 2020.
Joining the acts already announced - Van Morrison, Dido, Jack Savoretti, The Waterboys, and Kid Creole - is Irish singer Ronan Keating as Sunday headliner, and also on Sunday are legendary US troubadours America.
Newly announced for Friday are 30 piece classical troupe who’ll be playing Vivaldi's Four Seasons Aurora Orchestra, while on the 2000 capacity Songbirs stage are Brand New Heavies, The Dualers, and The Magic Numbers. For Saturday there's heritage rocker Andy Fairweather Low, Colombia’s finest Grammy Award winners Monsieur Perine, up & coming New Yorkers Lawrence, Chanson Francaise devotee Miel De Botton, plus Amy Montgomery, The Overtures, and The Dunwells. For Sunday are Cornbury favourites Ward Thomas, rising star Twinnie, 50 years of the force of The Real Thing, Cornbury furniture The Staks Band, and The Christians.
Cornbury organiser Hugh Phillimore says "It's truly our most diverse line-up ever, a proper variety show for all ages & tastes - Cornbury's musical rainbow if you like".
