Planning to go ahead with whatever covid measures are necessary, the first headliner has been announced for Cornbury Festival, which takes place at The Great Tew Estate, Chipping Norton, in Oxfordshire from Friday 9th until Sunday 11th July 2021.
For the Friday night, the first act announced is Canadian rocker Bryan Adams, pictured above at Cornbury in 2017. The rest of the line-up will be announced in the new year.
About covid, the festival says: "We're busy redesigning the site to incorporate a range of Covid safety measures which will be in place throughout the festival weekend. We'll have to limit our capacity and change to a slightly different format but we're determined to stage another edition of our lovely little festival."
Festival organiser Hugh Phillimore added: "If any festival can cope with social distancing and safety restrictions Cornbury can, we are a very civilised event!"
Tickets are on sale priced as follows:-
adult weekend with camping £215
adult weekend: £180
day tickets: £85
Senior, Teen & Child Concessions available. Under 3s FREE.
