AfriKaBa Festival 2012

AfriKàBa is a family friendly annual festival of heritage, arts, culture, innovation & legacy that showcases high quality work from artists with African and Caribbean heritage. AfriKàBa takes place across different venues in Hastings, East Sussex between from Friday 5th to Sunday 21st October 2012 with a feature in Margate on Saturday 22nd September.

Line-up

Dennis Bovell & Dub Band, Africa's Cowfoot, Patience Agbabi, She Adores, HKBFiNN, Nana Tsiboe, Irene Mensah, Rounke Coker, Sandre Agard, Shirley Nette Williams, and Lorna Hamilton Brown, plus theatre, art, workshops and more.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
