Last held in 2012 ArtsFest was an annual free festival which took place in Birmingham, and was billed as the city's biggest and most vibrant cultural festival. The event celebrated the wealth of creative talent existing in the West Midlands and offered quality, innovative, cutting edge arts, and entertainment activities.
