Asparafest is taking a year off in 2018, and plans to return in 2019.

Founded in 2013 Asparafest is a friendly festival billed as an extreme village fete with the celebration of asparagus at its core. An A to Z of weekend entertainment from Asparagus Eating Competitions through to a Zoo of the petting variety.

Festival goers can expect music, dancing of the Morris variety, food, farm & country crafts, barrels of beer, and asparagus in a chilled atmosphere suitable for families.
