Basingstoke Live 2010

Basingstoke Live is a FREE festival taking place at War Memorial Park, Basingstoke, on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th July 2010.

Entering it's fourth year, Basingstoke Live is a celebration of Basingstoke's music scene, showcasing the best in local talent alongside national and international artists including rock, pop, grime, hip hop, funk, and jazz. The festival includes 4 stages and covers a wide variety of musical genres. There's something for everyone!

Line-up

The headliners for the main stage are Scratch Perverts and Lucky Soul.

Saturday

Main Stage: Hip Hop House Party, Indian Summer, Global Grooves, Gary Myles, Andy Steadman, Her:Enemy, The Foxes, The Snakes, Drunken Balordi, Audio Basho with MC Felon, and Scratch Perverts.
Sunrise Stage: MC Flows, Signal & Kamikaze, Monkz, Supa Crush, G2K, DJ RJ with Boiler, MCX, Cayo b2b Nemesis, The Author, Young C, Scorcher, DJ Lang, Filthy Funk Funk DJs, Gareth W & Lee Edney & DJ Marlo, Jay Ridz, and Lapz.
100% Tent: The Clarity, The Zeros, The 4th The 5th, Secret Fridge Party, MummaMoto, Primate, Young Lust, Relik, Smash Robots, 12 Truths, Tin Soldiers, One Step 2 Late, and Smokey Bastard.

Main Stage: Chineham Park Primary, Happy Feet Dance School, Strictly School of Dance, Harry Harwood, Retrograde, Natasha Watts, The Jon Walsh Blues Band, Raz Brothers, and Lucky Soul.
Sunrise Stage: Coox n Hoox, GK's Funky People, Fever 45's, Funkline, Banisha Morris with Blackmage, Lady Lyrical DJ, The Drop, Deadly Hunta, Papa Bigga DJ + Guests, with DJ sets from Northern Deejays and Papa Bigga throughout the day.
100% Tent: Bless The Hour, Mary Kelly, Pussycat and the Dirty Johnsons, Ahab Rides The Whale, The Fortunate, True Beat, Burning Idols, Kamikaze Test Pilots, Karrion.

There is no camping at the festival. There are local accommodation options available in and around Basingstoke.

By Road

- M3, Junction 6, Follow event signage.
- M4, Junction 11 on to A33, Follow signs for Town Centre and event signage.

By Rail
