The Beacon Festival is a family festival to celebrate the summer. Laze away the longest days of summer with music, workshops, stalls, and food & drink. Set on the Beacon site on top of The Chiltern Hills, at Christmas Common, Oxfordshire the festival happens from Friday 15th until Sunday 16th June 2018.
Beacon Festival is staged at Watlington Hill Farm, the site of the infamous Music On The Hill (MOTH) festival, Lindsay Howard-Dean who took over the farm from her parents a few years ago had the idea to re-ignite the flame, and with some gentle persuasion and a bit of arm twisting, put together a team of volunteers.
Line-up
Confirmed so far are Friday headliners Rustyshackle, and Saturday headliners Killerz. Other announced acts include:- Chilli Rage, Ska Souls, Kamikaze Test Pilots, Prog Floyd, Paramore or Less, Sultans on Swings, Funk Soul Rebels, Devilfolk, and The Final Clause of Tacitus.

Tickets
Tickets are on sale. An adult ticket is priced at £39.50. Children aged under 16 years can attend for free. Camping is priced at £10 per person, under 16s free. Only for sale in combination with weekend ticket. A camper van pass is priced at £20 per camper van and must be bought in combination with valid camping tickets.

Workshops, Arts & Crafts, Therapies, Children's Activities - something to entertain the whole family, with a food piazza, real ale, local cider and cocktail bars, a creative shopping experience, art exhibition, workshops, a fun-filled children’s zone, holistic therapy, hot tubs and camping including posh tents for that extra bit of luxury.
It will no longer be possible to bring your own alcohol into the arena.
