Bearded Theory 2008

Bearded Theory is a fancy dress party with beards for 400 people with bands and DJs, with all profits to Oxfam.

Confirmed acts are: Dreadzone DJ set, 3 Daft Monkeys, Fish Brothers, Night Of Treason, Dan Donnelly, The True Deceivers, Rev Hammer, Gail + special guests, Hobo Jones & the Junkyard Dogs, Phil Bailey, Freedom, Avant Garde (DJs), and Mike "e" H (DJ) & special guests. There's also a "very very special guest who will be announced on the evening".

Tickets are SOLD OUT. They were priced at £12. The ticket price included camping. All kids under 16 are free, but they need to have a ticket (one kid to one paying adult) - note that there's a limited allocation of kids tickets, and once they're gone kids will be charged the full adult price.

The festival has 3 stages (band stage, dance stage, + open mic stage), loads of activities for kids and adults alike including mini jigging, adult bouncy castle + kids bouncy castle, brilliant artwork, sheesha pipes, hoopla, cider workshop, assault course, face painting, forest schools, hair braiding, Italian classes, Weaving lessons, rocket building, recycling talk, story telling, junk modeling, site visuals, flying lanterns, fire show, professional medics, jugglers, fa cup on big screen, festival stalls, cheesy disco, ice cream van, bbq, ostriches, disabled camping, campervan area, licensed security, camping, mind blowing lighting, professional pa, laser lighting, pyrotechnics, burning of a wicker bog and more!!
