Bfestival has moved from the Eskdale Valley in Cumbria to Ream Hills Farm, Mythop Rd, Weeton, Near Blackpool, in Lancashire. Bfestival will offer a weekend of entertainment for the whole family in the Lancashire countryside from Friday 24th until Sunday 26th September 2010.
Line-up
60 Bands and Performers, including The Coustics, Razordog, Blind Kings, Tony Benedict, Idol Minds, Daniel V the World, The Stanley Blacks, six10repeater, Paul Dobie, The Conspirators, Occasional Rascuedos, Bob On (Bob Marley Tribute), Sinister Footwear, Kings of Swing, Muscavadoes, Heartbreaks, Riverside Trio, The Hex Men, The Greyscale's, Clare Stokes, Poco Loco, Hooper, and more.This year's dance tent is headlined by DJ Fubar on Saturday night and also has Andy Drew, Jim Crimson, Jonny & Benny Rare Grooves bringing the best in house, techno and breaks, Evening Set, Old Skool Soundz, Northern Soul.
Tickets
A weekend pass is priced at £50 for adults including Friday night, car parking and camping. Saturday only day tickets are priced at £25 and includes parking and camping (off site by 10am Sunday). A Sunday only ticket is priced at £10 and includes parking. Children tickets for those aged 12 to 16 are half price and under 12s can attend free. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. On site
Festival goers can also expect alongside the sound stages and dance tent a whole host of activities and performances around the festival site. There's a comedy tent, craft market and plenty of stuff to keep the younger members of the family happy. Plus the usual festival facilities at this fun, friendly, family music festival which supports The RNLI, and Brian House Children's Hospice.Festival shuttle
The festival offers a shuttle service to join the local transport routes giving the option to spend a few hours in Blackpool town, and check out the illuminations or enjoy Blackpool's Piers and Pleasure Beach.Please note: The camping is for tents only! no caravans or campervans, no fires (off the ground BBQs are okay), and mo pets.
