Now in it's 24th year and claiming to be England's biggest and busiest jazz extravaganza, the emphasis of this 10-day event is on maximum accessibility to the public with over 180 shows in some 70 venues citywide.

More than 250,000 people come into contact with the festival which has musicians and bands from USA, Spain, France, South Korea, Hungary, Poland, Holland, Czech Republic and Venezuela, alongside the best from the UK and from the region with almost every one free to the public.
