The fourth family friendly Bakewell Music Festival is a 3 day family friendly festival starting from the afternoon of Friday 16th through to the afternoon of Sunday 18th August featuring acoustic music from across the world.
Set on the showground in the picturesque market town of Bakewell this music weekend will have acoustic bands representing all genres of music from Folk, Latin, Country and Bluegrass right through to Acoustic Jazz, Rock and Blues.
Line-up
Main Stage:
Friday: Please Y'self, The Old Dance School, King Pleasure And The Biscuit Boys.
Saturday: Cadbury Sisters, Dooberies, Soul Funkful, Jack Martello, String Driven Thing, Lancashire Hotpots, Leon Hunt, Gypsy Fire
Sunday: Making Tracks, Remi Harris, Kel Elliott, The Vipers, Bo Walton, Wes Finch.
Acoustic Stage:
Friday: Host Of The Air, Murder City Sweethearts, Lizzie Nunnery (The), Nothing North Of Alaska.
Saturday: Hayley Queen, Said The Wolf, Silverback, Oka Vanga, Louis Romegoux, Gallows Ghost.

Tickets
The early bird offer has ended. A weekend ticket is priced at £70. This year children under 15 are allowed in free, to make it more affordable for families to attend the festival in the Peak National Park. Day tickets are also available, a Friday only ticket is priced at £25, a Saturday only ticket is priced at £35, and a Sunday only ticket is priced at £20.
On site
As well as music there will be local real ales and ciders and the chance to taste some of the local food produce from the North. Thornbridge Brewery will be in charge of the beer sales again this year and organisers are also adding more entertainment for kids and younger people.
Camping
Camping and caravanning is free with the weekend tickets, with and parking (for ticket holders) also free.
