The 12th Bude & Stratton Folk Festival takes place over the Bank Holiday weekend from Friday 25th until Monday 28th May 2018 in the Rugby Club, the Falcon Hotel, and elsewhere in and around the North Cornwall coastal town of Bude.
The Folk Festival is a friendly mix of folk concerts, workshops and themed events held annually on the late May Bank Holiday weekend. It features music, song, dance, and storytelling, and there is a small programme of children’s events.

Acts announced so far include:- Against the Grain, Capella, Didjan, Gadarene , Georgia Lewis Trio, Hannah Cumming, Jackie Oates + Tristan Seume, Jimmy Aldridge & Sid Goldsmith, Kitty Macfarlane, Martyn Babb, Reg Meuross, Sam Kelly Trio, Steve & Carmen Hunt , Thorn and Roses, Foxwillow. Mother's Ruin, Craggs Law, Sue Franklin & Tim Brine.

Tickets
Season tickets are £55, or £27.50 for students. Children in full-time education can attend for free.
Weekend tickets give entry to all events, and weekend tickets don't need to pay for a separate Music Hall ticket. Event tickets will be available at the door for each concert or workshop. Season ticket holders may be given priority.
Tickets are available at the door for each concert and the ceilidh (£8.00) or workshop (£4). At other events a donations bucket may be passed round.Season ticket holders may be given priority entry.
Accommodation
Rugby Club camping is priced at £10 per unit per night. The Falcon Hotel is one of the venues involved in the festival's programme. There are also other campsites, hotels and B&Bs nearby.
