Cloud Cuckoo Land 2012

Cloud Cuckoo Land is small, intimate and community-focused celebration of arts, music and culture. A not-for-profit event, with all proceeds donated to Brake the Cycle, a small charity seeking to empower young people and inspire sustainable living through adventure. The festival takes place from Friday 3rd until Sunday 5th August 2012 at Fernhill Farm, Cheddar, in Somerset.

Dub Mafia, Onlyjoe, DJ Parker, Sheelanagig, Sam and the Womp, Featurecast, Babyhead, The Undercover Hippy, True Ingredients, Ivy Cairo, Hayererah and the Human Bridge Band, Maybe Myrtle Tytle, Achilles, Clayton Blizzard and the Glorious New Regime, Will Varley, La Mort Subite, FUR, Franky and the Jacks, Phillip Henry and Hannah Martin, and Zen Elephant.

Tickets

Early bird tickets are priced at £55 including camping. Full price is £65, children aged under 12 can attend free, a car pass is £10, and a campervan £15. To buy tickets, click here.

On site

The main stage will be complimented by local and acoustic acts and a full line up of spoken word in the tea tent, serving up homemade cake, organic teas and coffee, hot spicy cider and delicious brandy Chai. Theatre and circus performances together with a variety of workshops and interactive activities are designed to encourage festival goers to join in and learn new skills. Plus there's the Cuckoo Club serving up specially designed cuckoo land cocktails and an addictive mix of electro swing and disco.

Food will be locally sourced, much of it from the host farm, and a double-decker bus running on recycled cooking oil will transport revellers from Bristol and London. Weekend camping is included in the ticket price and you can bring your caravan or camper for around £15 (price to be announced). There will also be bed and breakfast accommodation available in the Luxury camping barn and cottage.
