Cumnock Music Festival 2013

The Cumnock Music Festival and Carnival is organised by Create a voluntry company and charity set up to establish a much needed music and arts centre in the area. The festival celebrates it's 10th anniversary this year. The event runs over eight days at Dumfries Arms Hotel, Woodroad Park, and other local venues from Friday 7th until Saturday 15th June 2013.

Line-up

Friday 7th: Comedy Night featuring some of Scotland's best comedians.

Monday 10th: A variety concert with performances from various local schools and Cumnock Area Musical Production Society.

Tuesday 11th: A showcase performance with music, song and dance from The Musicals.

Wednesday 12th: Talon (Eagles tribute) and Finally, Phil Collins,.

Thursday 13th: Live acoustic sets, poetry and some comedy thrown in for good measure with 'Poets and Pints'.

Friday 14th: Mike Pender's Searchers and The Dakotas.

Saturday 15th: Mike Pender's Searchers and The Dakotas.

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
