Dentdale Music and Beer Festival 2010

A weekend of family fun set in a beautiful location on the the western edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, 16 miles east of Kendal in the south east corner of Cumbria. This festival now in its second year takes place at various venues,pubs, and the campsites around Dent from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th June 2010.

Line-up

The Urban Folk Quartet, Johnny Dickinson, Little Johnny England, Sarah Gillespie, 4 Square, The Conspirators, The disputes, The Dog Roses, Flutatious, The Ginjammers, The Good Intentions, Nancy Kent, Jack McNeil, Muppett, Out Of The Sun, Paddy Rogan, Martin Stimson, Stooshie, Derek Waudby, Dan Webster, Wilfull Missong, plus more to be confirmed.

Tickets

Ticket prices have not yet been confirmed, and tickets are not yet on sale.

The Pubs

Squeeze into the Sun Inn or the George & Dragon in the centre of Dent for real ales, home cooked food and a great atmosphere. The music is spontaneous, occasionally organised, so don't miss out on many a good time.

Children's area

A separate area on the festival field will be dedicated to entertaining the children. The festival will host a number of children's games over the weekend with a mix of live entertainment as well.

Accommodation

There are three campsites in the village only 5 minutes walk from the festival site and various B&Bs are also available. There is free off site parking for ticket holders and all of the venues are wheelchair accessible.
