Dunbar Traditional Music Festival 2010

Belhaven Best Dunbar Traditional Music Festival takes place annually in the seaside town of Dunbar, Mid-Lothian, in Scotland, this year from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th September 2010.

Continuing in the same vein as previous years, the festival presents a mixture of Scottish, Folk, Appalachian, Jazz, and Blues music, and promises participation from every outlet plus strolling musicians and a ceilidh or two.

Ticket prices have not yet been confirmed, and tickets are not yet on sale.

The festival showcases local and young talent alongside well established and international artists.

The festival offers song, music, pipes and drums, children's workshop, informal tunes and sessions, concerts, ceilidhs, and open air performances.

Most of the events take place in various hotels, bars and halls in and around Dunbar. Many of these venues sell food and drink.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in Dunbar which are all supporting the festival.
