Eastleigh Music Festival is a four day community festival this year, held in the centre of Eastleigh town from Thursday 7th until Sunday 10th July with the last day incorporating the Mela. During the day on Saturday and all day Sunday the site is FREE with open access to all. Ticketed concerts shall take place during the evening on both the Friday and Saturday.

Line-up

Thursday: Eliza Carthy Band, James Yorkston, and guests.
Friday: Stornoway with The North Sea Radio Orchestra, Dry the River, and guests.
Saturday: Deer Tick, Ellen & the Escapades, and guests.
Emerging local talent:- Throughout Saturday daytime Leigh Road recreation ground comes alive with free performances by talented local bands and musicians, stalls and workshops for young people.
Sunday: Bollywood Brass Band, and guests.

Tickets

Tickets are priced at £18 / £16 concessions. During the day on Saturday and all day Sunday the site is FREE on the adjacent Leigh Road recreation ground, with open access to all. To buy tickets for Thursday, or Friday, click here.

Sunday - Eastleigh Mela

FREE all day event featuring live music, dance, workshops, stalls and extensive activities for all the family. The Mela is a fantastic and vibrant event where you can see talented local performers share the stage with world class acts.

Getting there

The Festival is held on Leigh Road Recreation Ground, which is a few minutes walk from Eastleigh Train Station and easily accessible from the M3 and M27. Both festival stages will be covered by two big tops so that performances can be enjoyed regardless of what the weather will be like.

Workshops

There are many workshops that children can get involved in over the weekend.

Other entertainment

Over the course of the weekend there are extensive activities for all ages on offer, including circus skills workshops, climbing wall, football skills, various arts & craft workshops, sustainability stalls, food, and a full bar.
