The Folk Weekend, now in its 34th year, is based on a single site which includes marquees, camping facilities, food stalls, trade stands, real-ale bar, real toilets, showers, children's entertainment plus Morris displays and pub sessions during the day in Ely City centre.

This is a small, friendly festival happening from Friday 12th until Sunday 14th July 2019 where artists play meet and greet 'unplugged' sessions, there is also a real ale bar, trade stalls, numerous concerts, dances, displays, sessions, ceilidhs and children's entertainment plus a programme of workshops.

Line-up

Confirmed acts include Cara Dillon, Oysterband, Martin Harley, Gerry Colvin Band, Martin Carthy, Ferocious Dog, Julie Felix, Two Coats Colder, Rory McLeod, Nancy Kerr, and more. There's many more to be announced.

Tickets are on sale, priced as follows:-
adult with camping: £101
adult no camping: £89
youth with camping: £35
youth no camping: £29

Accommodation

There is ample space for tents and caravans on site, and free parking is provided close to the festival site. There are also plenty of alternative accommodation available in Ely. Ely city centre is easily accessible by the organised shuttle bus (or 20 minutes walk).
