The Folk Weekend, now in its 38th year, is based on a single site which includes marquees, camping facilities, food stalls, trade stands, real-ale bar, real toilets, showers, children's entertainment plus Morris displays and pub sessions during the day in Ely City centre.

This is a small, friendly festival happening from Friday 11th until Sunday 13th July 2025 where artists play meet and greet 'unplugged' sessions, there is also a real ale bar, trade stalls, numerous concerts, dances, displays, sessions, ceilidhs and children's entertainment plus a programme of workshops.

Line-up

The first annoucned acts are Martin Simpson, Maddie Morris Music, The Magpie Arc, and Fred's House.

Accommodation

There is ample space for tents and caravans on site, and free parking is provided close to the festival site. There are also plenty of alternative accommodation available in Ely. Ely city centre is easily accessible by the organised shuttle bus (or 20 minutes walk).
