Fishstock Brixham is a festival that combines music and seafood. The one-day-event held on Saturday 8th September 2012 from when gates open at 10am, the seafood Show runs 11am to 6pm, and the music Show run from 11am until midnight. The event hopes to raise much-needed funds for the Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen.
Line-up
The first acts confirmed for two stages are These Reigning Days, Sax-appeal, Morning Rush, Stamp & Go, Swashbuckle, Tricorn Shonkey, plus many more yet to be signed.Tickets
Tickets are priced at £5 per adult (under 15's are free, provided they are accompanied by a fee paying adult). Tickets on sale now. Tickets also available on the day at the entry gate.The event is timed to coincide with 'National Seafood Fortnight'. There will be recipes of local seafood cooked by expert and celebrity chefs whilst local musicians and artists provide the entertainment. Heritage and modern fishing boats will be open for tours.
There will also be local food and drink producers, display stands, information about the marine environment, fishing activity and maritime safety etc.
