The Garden Festival, takes place annually at Barbarella's Discotheque, Petrcane (near Zadar), Croatia and for this year for the first time the event will run over two weekends. The first weekend runs from Friday 3rd July to Sunday 5th July and the second runs from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th July, and is licensed for 2000 people.

The full programme of the festivals will be released in February, with the organisers promising "an aural kaleidoscope of deep house and disco, funk and Balearic, house and dub, hiphop and jazz and so much more too."

The event will be supported by both collectives and UK club nights including Faith's 10th birthday, Secretsundaze, Innervisions and Mulletover.

Artists confirmed so far include Gilles Peterson, Mr Scruff, Ame, Dixon, Ashley Beadle, Todd Terje, Henrik Schwarz, Adam Regan, Ali Tillet, Andy Blake, Andy H & Gilla, Ben Terry, Benji B, Blair Straightup, Bobby Beige, Bonobo, Dave Jarvis, Daz-I-Kue, Deep Fried Funk, Dom Chung, Domu, Eddy Ramich, El Harvo, Giles Smith, Gilles Peterson, Greg Wilson, Ilija Rudman, James Priestley, Jimmy P, Joe 90, Karl Injex, Kelvin Brown, Kid Bongo, Mark E, Matty J, Maurice Fulton, Michael Rütten, Norman Jay, Ole Smokey, Paddy Freeform, PBR Streetgang, Rainer Trüby, Rob Summerhayes, Roual Galloway, Rub N Tug, Sick Trumpet, Soft Rocks, Terry Farley, Trout, Hot 8 Brass Band, Prins Thomas, and Soil and Pimp. Tickets are priced at £70 per weekend or £120 for both, and the organisers say there is reasonably priced accommodation to be found in the area. To buy tickets, click here.

There are hotels, campsites, apartments and villas and even boats all within close proximity to the festival site.

Zadar is the nearest airport, only 20 minutes by car. Split is 90 minutes by car and Zagreb 3 hours by car. These journey times are for the highway route and will take a little longer by bus or coach.

Please note this is an over 18s only event.
