The fourth Gower Rock Festival takes place at The Gower Heritage Centre, Parkmill, in the Gower Peninsula, Wales as a full three day festival on Friday 22nd until Sunday 24th July 2011.

Line-up

The line-up includes headliners We//Are//Animal on Saturday, Friday's will be Dirty Revolution, and Sunday's is The Mudskippers. Plus The Keys, The Method, Houdini Dax, Ringolevio, The Blims, The Funkensteins, Galanastra, The Stiff Joints, Rugfire, Nucleus, The Gentle Sea, Sera and the Elements, Lights and Clockwork, Bigfoot, Weird Naked Indian, Last Tuesday Society and Jets to Zurich. The Acoustic stage will run on the Saturday and Sunday and will include Andy Jones, Alba Vida, Chris Woodman and Thistledown. Plus many more over the two days.

Tickets

A weekend festival ticket for adults is priced at £25, a childrens weekend ticket is priced at £12.50. Adult day tickets are priced at £8 for Friday, £12.50 for Saturday, or £6 for Sunday. Children's days tickets are priced at £5 for Friday, £7 Saturday, or £4 for Sunday. Under 14's - one free with every paying adult.

Camping

Festival camping is at Three Cliffs Bay Caravan & Camping site, quarter of a mile from the venue by road.

On site

The Heritage Centre tea rooms provide soft drinks, tea, coffee, snacks and a variety of hot meals. There is also a general stores in the village, open 7 days a week. But please note that the nearest cash-point machine is several miles away, as is the nearest garage. The nearest pharmacy is a mile away in Pennard. The event will have an open mic session, bar, raffle, BBQ, cinema, and offers a chance to sample real cider & ale.

Activities

The Gower Heritage Centre is home to a variety of traditional crafts, and regular demonstrations of woodturning and weaving. Activities such as puppet-making, pottery and craft workshops are available for children (at an additional cost). Kids will also have fun seeing ducks, chickens and sheep and there are also play areas.
